Ingredients for 4 servings:
Calamari rings
250ml flour
250ml beer
1 egg
salt to taste

Step 1
Pass the calamari through a jet of water and put them on a paper napkin.
Step 2
Mix flour with beer well, add the yolk and the salt.
Step 3
Separately whisk the egg white and incorporate it into the composition of flour and beer,mixing until homogeneous.
Step 4
Pass the rings through the dough and fry them in a deep frying pan
Step 5
Use paper towels to drain excess oil. Serve them with lemon.
