Ingredients for 12 skewers
2 tablespoons minced parsley
6 small onions cut in half
1/2 teaspoon pepper
24 cherry tomatoes
12 small mushrooms
1/2 teaspoon salt
500g pork chop cut in 2cm chunks
1/2 teaspoon coriander
1 1 teaspoon of lime juice
1 teaspoon of turmeric
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
1 tablespoon of brown sugar
2 teaspoons of curry powder
30g of Greek yogurt

Mix yogurt, curry powder, sugar, soy sauce, turmeric, juice and lime peel, coriander and salt in a bowl.
Put the pork cubes in a sealing bag and add marinade. Mix well until meat is covered with ingredients. Leave the meat in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
Place on the skewers 4 pieces of pork alternating in between with the 2 tomatoes, 1 mushroom and half of onions. Season with pepper and brown them in the oven at 200°C for about 30 minutes, turning them every 4 minutes.
Sprinkle chopped parsley on top of the skewers at the end and serve with brown rice.
