Ready in 20 minutes, this garlic lemon baked trout recipe will make you fall in love with fish!

Ingredients for 4 servings

4 trout fillets
salt
black pepper
5 tbsp. butter, melted
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 tsp. red pepper
juice and zest from 1/2 a lemon
1 lemon, sliced into rounds
1 bunch of parsley

Preheat oven to 200°C. Season trout fillets with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet.
Mix together butter, garlic, red pepper, lemon juice and zest then pour the mixture over the trout. Add lemon rounds on top and around the trout fillets.
Bake trout for 14 minutes or until fish is tender then sprinkle some freshly chopped parsley.
