Great grilled corn is just something that you can serve as a side dish, next to spare ribs, or simply on its own, when you savor it from your lounge chair by the seaside.

Ingredients for 4 servings:

4 ears of fresh corn

There is more than one way to prepare grilled corn and it all depends on the flavor you want to give it.

If you want great grilled corn, you’re going to have to remove the silk and husks and then soak the kernel in cold water for 15-20 minutes.

You can brush the kernels with olive oil, add some salt and put it on the grill, over medium heat. Cook for 10-15 minutes turning the corn every 5 minutes until the kernel gets a brownish dark color.
