Ingredients for 4 servings
4 new large potatoes
1 large onion
200 g bacon
100 g grated cheese
1 tablespoon butter
100 ml milk
Wash the potatoes and prick them with the fork from place to place. Put them in the oven (200C) for about 45-50 minutes
Slice bacon into small pieces and fry them.
Cut the potatoes lengthwise and scoop the inside with a spoon. Put the pulp in the same pan in which you have fried the bacon and warm it to medium heat. Add milk, butter, salt and pepper and mix the ingredients together. Add fried bacon, onion and grated cheese to the mixture
Fill the potato halves with the mixture and return them to oven for 5 minutes. Sprinkle the remaining cheese and onion on top.
