Ingredients for 3 servings:
5 potatoes
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons of lemon juice + lemon zest
salt & pepper
3-4 teaspoons of capers
1 bunch dill, chopped
300g smoked salmon
2 tablespoons horseradish
4 tablespoons of yogurt
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Step 1
Boil 5 potatoes, peel them and cut them into 2cm squares. Prepare the dressing: 4 tablespoons of olive oil, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice + lemon zest, salt & pepper, and about 3-4 teaspoons of capers.
Step 2
Pour the dressing over the potatoes while they are still warm, so that they can suck up the flavor. Let them cool down and sprinkle half of the chopped dill over the potatoes.
Step 3
Lay everything on a plate then add the salmon on top.
Step 4
Prepare a nice dressing with 4 tablespoons of yogurt + 2 tablespoons of horseradish, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt and pepper and gently toss it with a spoon to cover the salad.
Serve with a nice glass of white wine.
