Ingredients for 4 servings
1 chicken 1.5 kg-2kg
500 g chicken liver
3 boiled eggs
1 raw egg
2 slices of bread
1 parsley
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon paprika chutney
1 pcs cooking bag

Take a 1.5 kg chicken and carefully clean it inside-out. Remove the skin from the meat with care not to break the chicken. Once you prepare the chicken, we take care of the filling.

Put 3 eggs to boil then clean them and cut them into small pieces. The liver is washed and drained of water. Cut the slices of bread into smaller chunks and put them into cold water until they are soaked, then squeeze them well and scrape them on the eggs and the liver already cut. Add finely chopped green parsley to the whole composition, the raw egg and then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Use this stuffing to fill up the chicken. We straighten with a needle and attach the skin from the belly and neck so that the filling does not come out during cooking. Now grease the chicken with paprika chutney and then put the chicken in the cooking bag. Place the chicken bag in a tray and put everything in the oven until it’s browned.

Serve with baked potatoes or grilled vegetables.
