Ingredients for 3 servings
6 slices of pork chop
a bowl of dried chopped plums
100 ml of white wine
200 ml of red wine
salt and pepper to taste

Preheat the oven to 200C.
You can start by pouring red wine over the prunes then you can take care of the pork chops which you pound out thin with the meat mallet and season them on both sides with salt and pepper. Once you finish this stage, remove the plums from the wine and place them in the middle of each piece of meat and then roll the pork chop. You can fix each roll with a string. You can also fix it with toothpicks, it it’s easier for you.

Sprinkle some oil in a try and then place the stuffed roll chops in, then pour the wine (both red and white) and a little water over. Roast for 30 minutes until the rolls are ready. Do not forget to turn them on the other side at least once and sprinkle them from time to time with sauce from the tray.

Serve with mashed potatoes. Additionally, you can make a mustard dressing.
