This tuna pasta salad recipe, though fast and simple, can make quite an impression! There’s something about tuna that makes it special. I enjoy this dish a lot, as I relate it to a nice moment of my life.
Ingredients for 4 servings
1 can tuna fish in oil
1 cup peas (from the tin)
1/2 onion finely chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Bring water to boil; add in the pasta and cook it for 6-7 minutes.
Once ready, drain the pasta and put it into a large bowl. Add in the tuna fish, peas and onion and mix them together.
Season with salt and pepper.
If you prefer it more saucy, you can use a nice yogurt dressing and pour it over the pasta.
