Vegetarian chilli can be your every day solution when you want something quick and tasty. With only a few ingredients, this dish will make your day!

Ingredients for 2 servings:

1 can kidney beans in chilli sauce
1 medium red onion, chopped
2 large red bell peppers, chopped
1 can chopped tomatoes
4 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp chili powder
1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
½ tsp salt
2 tbsp oil

Preheat a large sauce pan until the oil is simmering. Put in the chopped onion and vegetables. Cook them on the stove until they get tender, stirring occasionally. Add the chilli powder, salt, paprika and garlic. Cook for about 1 minute.
Add the beans and the tomatoes and cook for another 15 minutes.
Serve the vegetarian chilli with tortilla chips.
